The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In the following we inform you who we are and inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the data collection as well as about your rights according to DSGVO.

Contact us
If you contact us via form on the website or via e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. These data will not be passed on without your consent.
Data storage
We would like to point out that we collect and process your data for the purpose of the purchasing process, for the corresponding contract processing and in the case of an online survey. If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses) is given, the input of these data takes place voluntarily.
No data will be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax consultant to meet our tax obligations.
The data stored by us will be deleted after the purchase process has been interrupted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years).
The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal regulations of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as the art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the contract fulfilment) of the DSGVO.
Newsletter
You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. To do this, we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.
In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process voluntarily provided information on areas of interest, birthday and postal code.
You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: office@schlafcoaching.org. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch. This revocation does not affect the legality of the processing that took place on the basis of the consent up to the revocation.
Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection regarding your data stored with us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates the data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to us at office@traum.ac.at or the data protection authority.
Cookies and web analysis are not used to our knowledge.
