QUESTIONNAIRES TO SEMINARS
The sleep coaches regularly offer courses certified by the Medical University of Vienna, which train part-time as sleep coaches. Details can be found on the website of the Medical University of Vienna: www.meduniwien.ac.at/hp/zk-schlafcoaching/. Seminar dates to the topics sleep Coaching, sleep, sleep disturbances, dreams and nightmare accomplishment offer the authors under www.traum.ac.at If you wish a seminar date in the context of your company, we ask you for an inquiry by E-Mail. If you have already decided to participate in a seminar, we welcome you. So that we can look after you in the best possible way and also advise you, we ask you to fill out the two questionnaires before the seminar begins (with a pseudonym or with your initials so that you find your evaluated questionnaires again). If you did not receive the passwords to the questionnaires when registering for the seminar, please send us a short request by email.
1: Sleep anamnesis
Here you can see how you are currently sleeping and also whether there is a sleep disorder. Please complete this questionnaire 4 weeks before the seminar starts.
2: Sleep & dream diary (SDD)
The SDD helps you to develop a better impression of your sleeping behaviour - even before the seminar. Every morning for a period of two weeks. Fill in daily, at the end of the day it will be saved and can no longer be corrected or made up for.
3: Morning / evening person
Are you a morning or evening person type? Find out more about your circadian rhythm, take the online test and request your evaluation at office@schlafcoaching.org
4: Dreamland II:
Your contribution to dream research:
Here you will find an online questionnaire for the collection of dream contents for the purpose of scientific studies. We are currently in the evaluation phase of the study and need your help. The more people who complete this questionnaire, the more meaningful the study will be.
Thank you very much for your contribution to Traumforschung!
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). We do not pass on the data you provide in our forms, so we can only wish you a good night's sleep and beautiful dreams. We look forward to getting to know you at one of the two seminars.
